As you might know, we travel a lot and sometimes it’s hard for me to absolutely love a hotel. This one however, was easy to love. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the front desk, we felt at home and knew we had found the right hotel for our last 3 nights in Paris. We were delighted to hear that we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite and couldn’t wait to see it. It was stunning and I loved everything about it. It was spacious, luxurious and I felt at home. I adored the french windows opening up to the outside and letting the fresh air and light stream in. The staff at the Castille Paris were exceptional at every turn. Whether we needed more towels or recommendations for a restaurant, they always seemed to go above and beyond.
On our first full day, we decided to stroll the Saint Germain des Prés area and requested a taxi to take us there. We got in our taxi and soon arrived at our destination. We were so excited to explore that we had forgotten our stroller in the trunk of the taxi. I immediately thought that this could be a very long 3 days carrying a 3 1/2 year old around Paris. We went to a restaurant to get lunch and I borrowed their phone to call the concierge at the hotel and tell them our dilemma. They said that they would see what they could do and we decided to just enjoy our day and deal with it later. Upon our arrival at our hotel a full 8 or so hours later we were beat from walking and carrying Stella most places. They immediately sympathized with us and told us they had our stroller and would bring it right to our room. This was definitely above and beyond service and we were truly grateful that they cared enough to make this happen. I will stay here again during my next trip to Paris and I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the separate sitting area.

Stella loved hanging out in the lounge with her twinkling Eiffel Tower.
