What’s your clothing item/accessory must-have of the moment?
“Since it is winter, I use scarfs to complement my clothing as well as to keep me warm.”
Favorite local hotspot?
“With two boys, our local hotspot is generally the mexican restaurant Los Arcos. The kids love the tacos and we like the margaritas.”
Tell us more about your lifestyle….
“It is nothing short of crazy. There is family, sports, work, travel, charity events………I could go on and on. It almost seems like I have three personalities. For the majority of the work week, dress is business professional and periodically, we have casual days or casual “offsite” meetings. The weekend is full of activities including sporting events, snowmobiling and once in a while a little down time. I often feel my wardrobe is schizophrenic like my lifestyle.”
Why did you decide to use KBIE?
“One of my co-workers began looking amazing at all our meetings. (Well, she always looks amazing, but something just stood out differently.) She looked like she was more ‘polished’ and put together. She told me she had a new secret and was willing to share. I attended a KBIE event and was sold.”
How did you feel about your style before you went to KBIE?
“Overall, I felt pretty good. I received many compliments on my clothing.”
And now?
“KBIE showed me that I was dressing as an individual older than I am. I also became more aware of what best flattered my figure and my style. In addition to clothing, Keri made a few recommendations on hair, make-up and accessories. After just one week, I received several comments on how amazing I looked. This, of course, was a real confidence booster.”
Why is it important for you to look amazing every day?
“As a VP in the McDonald’s system, I am a role model for all women in our company. This includes our corporate employees as well as our franchisees. When we look amazing, we feel better. When we feel better, we are more confident. It all works together. Beyond McDonald’s, I serve on two local Boards. Again, I feel that I am a role model to others in showing them the way to accomplish their goals.”
Tell us about your experience working with KBIE….
“I can say that this is a great customer focused organization. Not only do they provide constructive and encouraging input, they really listen. Once Keri has an idea about your personality and your life events, she does an amazing job of helping you be ‘your best self.'”
What would you say is the biggest change in your life, after using KBIE?
“I have totally changed how I look at shopping. In the long run, I believe I will save money as I will not waste dollars on clothing that doesn’t fit well or ‘one-time outfits.’ It is nice to try new things that you would not generally consider wearing and then learn that they look great on you.”
