Today we’d like to introduce you to Keri Blair.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Before I was a personal stylist, I spent years working in the corporate world, traveling back and forth across the country, selling to C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies. But I realized something very early on. You can’t dress the same in New York City, as you would in Los Angeles or Dallas – people won’t listen to you. So, I started playing around with dressing differently in different cities, making sure I looked the part for wherever I was selling. Sure enough, it worked, people started buying from me!

It was during this time I had an epiphany. If people were no longer tugging on or questioning their clothes and knew they looked amazing, they’d have energy and confidence to do more and be more. That’s when I started imagining a place – long before What Not to Wear and celebrity stylists had become household names. “This place” is exactly what The Style Studio has become. Now, I love what I do and the people I do it for. I have beautiful people inside and out walk out of the Style Studio with not just a new look but a new outlook on life, ready to embrace their full potential.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
As with most new ventures, it has not been without its challenges. When I started this business, there was nothing like it. When I told people that I wanted to dress them and handle all of their shopping needs, people looked at me strangely. They had never heard of such a thing and certainly didn’t know why anyone would need someone to do this. It took a lot of commitment and perseverance to get where I am today and every day, I’m grateful that I believed it could work and NEVER GAVE UP. It always seems in life that the minute you want to give up is the minute you are about to break through to the other side!

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Style Studio by Keri Blair story. Tell us more about it.
We don’t do one-size-fits-all here. Each experience is completely and exclusively customized around you. We get to know you the real you, your lifestyle, career, and goals. What you like, what you don’t and what makes you laugh. We identify areas you may struggle with and perceptions we need to shift – then work to build a personal image and create an impression that best fits you.

It’s working with you as a partner, guide and champion to help you create and realize your vision, achieve your goals and fulfill your dreams. In fact, many of our image consulting clients change their lives in ways they never thought possible.
