It’s that time again… let wedding season begin! I just got my first invitation of the year from Amanda (my fabulous assistant) and Blaine and I couldn’t be more excited. It got me thinking, what will my wedding attire be for this summer wedding in the mountains? I have a lot of great ideas and thought I would share them with you for the weddings you will be attending this spring/summer.
First thing is first, please do not wear a white, cream or black dress. White and cream could compete with the bride, black can be offensive unless it’s a black tie wedding, and if you know the bridesmaids colors, avoid this as well.
My favorite option for spring/summer wedding attire is a great colorful dress. I think with this option, you can’t go wrong whether you are going to a beach wedding, city wedding or a wedding in the mountains. Here are some of my favorite choices.
Make sure that you choose a heel that is comfortable enough for you to dance the night away. If it is an outside wedding, make sure you know the location so your heels won’t get stuck in the grass or break on cobblestone, etc.
Remember to accessorize with a amazing necklace, bracelet and clutch.
